Rocker is a Swedish fintech company founded in 2017.
It has been part of the Nordiska Group since 2024 and operates as a secondary name (bifirma) of Bankaktiebolaget Nordiska (publ) since September 2025.
Rocker is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).

What does Rocker offer?

In the Swedish market:
Savings, payment, loan, and credit services through the Rocker app.
Rocker Pay also enables secure and flexible transfers for second-hand transactions between private individuals.

In the Finnish market:
Rocker successfully entered the Finnish market at the turn of the year, with the goal of offering innovative solutions that simplify and improve customers’ everyday finances.

The Rocker Prime reference rate is based on Rocker’s and Nordiska’s funding cost for liquidity, as well as expectations of how this cost will develop, taking into account changes in and forecasts for the general interest rate environment.

During a transition period, lasting at most until 1 August 2025, Rocker Prime is based on Handelsbanken Prime 365. The interest rate history from and including 1 January 2025 is presented below.

At the moment, we do not offer new credit cards or loans in Finland.
Our current focus is on providing the best possible service to our existing customers whose credits have been transferred from Handelsbanken and Ecster.

However, we do plan to expand our offering in Finland in the future.

The Positive Credit Register is a register managed by the Finnish Tax Administration, where information about private individuals’ loans is collected.

Lenders report information on granted credits as well as credit events and changes, such as repayments and payment delays.

When a loan has been fully repaid, it is removed from the register.
